Really Good
These sausages have really good flavor, I pan fried them since it was too rainy and cold to cook on the grill outside and they turned out great. I will order again.

Interesting flavor
I was more used to the flavor of the white sausage truffle (very commonn in France), but never had the chicken truffle, they are quite tasty and you are quite amazed by the truffle scent that comes out of it.
