Well, it's fat
Of course it's good...it's literally fattier than heavy cream. It's just solidified heavy cream. I got it on sale but I would not pay the full price for it. I've tried it with and without jam on various toast, and also stuck the last of the jar in my morning oatmeal. It was good, but I probably won't buy again. I'm not watching my weight or anything, it's just not something I will crave.

Gift, but the recipient liked it
I got this for a British friend of mine who was feeling homesick. She really liked it so I guess it was good. I can't have that much butterfat or I would have tried some.

A little disappointed
I'm thinking that my clotted cream ended up getting too cold in transit. Even after a couple of days in the refrigerator, it was very hard to spoon out. Maybe I should have let it warm up to room temperature, but all the instructions say to keep it refrigerated. The taste was what I expected. I'd appreciate any feedback on this.
