Hey Boo Coconut Jams have a silky smooth texture with a golden color which reflects the natural color of the eggs. The creamy and shiny texture was achieved by cooking the ingredients in accordance with the traditional techniques in making Srikaya. The consistency of Srikaya is closer to that of runny honey and not as thick as a conventional fruit jam or lemon curd.
