A True Delicacy & Family Favorite!
My Italian aunt asks for this particular brand of Coppa all the time. I ordered this for myself and she's right! It's the best we have tried. The hot variety is just spicy enough. Highly recommend if you like thin sliced meats with crackers, bread or veggies. Can't miss with this one.

Interesting, but could be improved
Good flavor, but a bit too soft and greasy. Need a mandoline to slice thinly. Otherwise good.

Excellent flavor-Wonderful Coppa!
Some Coppa salami can be dry and tough. This is moist and flavorful. Easy to slice and our guests loved it! I will be back for more. Highly recommended to all.

It's so flavorful
I've had many brands of coppa ham, but this ones is by far the BEST, sliced very thin in sandwiches, antipasto, snacks or for making special recipes, like salti-n-bocca.

Too much fat and salt
This ham had too much fat and salt and cannot be used as sandwich meat. I will try to use it as a flavor agent for vegetables.

Hot Coppa??
I was so excited and anticipating the arrival of this product. We planned on having this in our ante-pasto tray on Christmas Eve. This Coppa (I ordered the hot) had absolutely no flavor. It should have been quite spicey and was completely without flavor. I was extremely disappointed. I will not purchase this particular brand again. I have more than half of it left and will probably just make pizza with it. What a waste and expense!

This item can be used in so many different ways. It is delicious and adds great flavor to whatever recipe it is added to.
