What makes it so profoundly different and delicious is that the oil is cold pressed from predominantly black olives. This gives it a distinctive flavor, because just about every other EVOO is pressed from green olives. As soon as it hits your palate you recognize that Corsic'Alive is no ordinary olive oil. Your bread will beg to be dipped in this medium-bodied, rich, black-olive-flavored oil. It also makes a great partner for vinegar over salad greens. We particularly love it drizzled over grilled fish, shrimp, or chicken breast as well.
