I enjoyed being able to select from this kind of variety, to create a basket. And the customer service was especially considerate, when the first basket met with unforeseen difficulties. Thank you so much!

Lovely basket
This is our 3rd year ordering a Create Your Own Gift Basket with igourmet.com. The last 2 years were perfect, products were fresh, delivery was on time, recipient loved it. This year the one thing that prevents me from giving this 5 stars is that not only was it not delivered on time, I was not given notice of this or provided with a reason. I had to call igourmet to ask why delivery was delayed, and was told it was because items to be included were sold as available when I ordered the basket but in fact were not available. So call me and ask me if I would like to substitute or omit. It was a xmas basket, so delayed delivery is not acceptable. It still arrived just in time for xmas but only because I'd happened to have chosen a delivery date a couple of days earlier due solely to the fact that xmas fell on a Monday. I would expect igourmet to call me with options in the future so that my delivery is not delayed next time I order, and to not tell me on the delivery date I booked two weeks in advance that delivery is delayed and why or it will be my last order.

Delicious as usual
At Christmas we like to have a nice selection of cheeses on hand for snacking that we may not have tried before. I love sampling new cheeses this way. I also used some of the cheese In a fondue for New Year's Eve, which was delicious!

A la carte is just how I like it!
I loved this option as the person I wanted to give a gift basket for has *very* particular tastes. This "Create Your Own Basket" afforded me the opportunity to customize their basket to perfection! It was a little tough nailing down some items I wanted as 1) pre-made gift baskets don't individually sell the products, and 2) individual products I wanted initially to add were not available at the time. Regardless, the selection offered made putting together a personalized basket possible and fun! I'm definitely going to do this again in the future!

Gift Basket
Presentation was nice; however, I wish I would have had options for choosing which basket. My suggestion would be to have 3-5 options in a price bracket.

I was very appreciated
I didn't see the final product, but the receiver loved the selections and was very happy. It was as a sympathy basket that I like to send after the service. I dislike fruit or candy baskets. So when I heard he loved Tea and Coffee, I just knew this would be a hit. I included brands that you didn't hear of, I also included a little shortbread cookies, who doesn't like those and some pearl sugar and honey.
