Daelia's Biscuits for Cheese were inspired by a love of cheese and the pursuit of a good cheese companion. Based on a traditional Mediterranean recipe, meant to complement all cheeses, soft and hard. These biscuits will not overwhelm your cheese, but will enhance it and cause you to crave for more. Treat yourself and your guests to this unique combination of cheese and biscuits. All products are made from fresh natural ingredients and are baked to order for the retailer to maximize freshness. Daelia's Biscuits for Cheese; for the sake of cheese! Three varieties available:
  • Almond Raisin: Especially good with goat cheeses, aged cheddars and blues but can be paired with almost any cheese.
  • Hazelnut Fig: They are especially good paired with salty blue cheeses and soft sheep's milk cheeses.
  • Pumpkin Seed with Rye: Especially good with Gruyere, stinky washed rind cheeses or bloomy rind cheeses like Camembert.

  • Varieties sold separately.

    • Certified Kosher Pareve by the OU.

    VERY CRISP AND DELICIOUS
    These biscuits are great with cheeses and salami, the figs are a great taste that isn't expected. Would be good eaten alone also for a great little snack.

    Must have fallen out of the truck...
    I have enjoyed the almond biscuits many times and highly recommend them, however with this shipment the was not a piece lager than a quarter?

    These are the BEST biscuits I have had with cheese and without. I sometimes melt gouda and then put on these biscuits....I also love them with goat cheese.

    replacement order
    After reporting that my original order had arrived in poor condition (biscuits were most broken pieces) IGourmet immediately made arrangement to replace the damaged shipment. I was pleasantly surprised to have received the replacement order within 10 days and they were not broken! Thank you for your prompt satisfying customer service. It is a rare commodity in the mail order world we live in today.
