Best Dijon Mustard I Have Ever Eaten
This mustard could not be any more delicious, with a smooth blend of flavor and a touch of heat. It almost seems like it has a champagne vinegar in it. It makes a hot dog beg to be served on fine china.

A WIDELY KNOWN SECRET!
This mustard is an absolute gem! It's a well known secret that this Dijon mustard enhances flavors in salad dressings but I never thought my Aunt's 50+ years old clan favorite Crab,(Yukon Gold) Potato & Macaroni salad could be anymore enhanced in flavor... but it was even more flavorful and delicious with this mustard's addition!

The perfect dijon!
We first tried this at the National Mustard Museum in Middleton, WI, but they were out of stock when we tried to reorder. The smooth, creamy texture of this mustard balances nicely with just the right amount of "bite"; so many dijons have too much bite. Not the Edmond Fallot. Thanks for stocking the larger size.

This mustard is tasty. Makes a great gift for anyone who likes to cook. Great for salad dressings. Nice with steak. Has a very nice flavor - not too strong.
