About Time!
Living outside of the city, my mom had no problem getting feta packed in a deli tub with brine. Now it's like you can't find GREEK FETA IN BRINE anywhere! Sure, you can fine DANISH FETA everywhere, but I think my grandmother would haunt my dreams if she got wind I was buying feta from the Danes. So glad to be able to have this again. Just take what you need, then push the rest of the feta under the brine and it keeps perfectly.
