The Dutch have been producing hand-made farmhouse Goudas for many centuries. Due to Holland's fertile soil and lush green pastures, its cows produce unusually rich milk which, in turn, leads to extra creamy cheeses. Gouda is the most famous of Dutch cheeses and is made from whole milk only. This semi-soft cheese has a creamy, yellow body with irregular holes and a natural yellow rind. For export, Goudas are always coated in red wax. But we have brought in a shipment of yellow waxed Gouda, the product intended for the European market, so you can enjoy the same rich Dutch Gouda that is enjoyed in its homeland.

Yellow Wax Gouda
The Farmer Goudas are some of the most flavorful. They vary according to farm and also according to their aging process. This isn't a homogenious product, it varies, and is tasty too. Each farm has a location which stamps the cheese with that particular flavor where the cows graze. Most are grass grazed and it shows up in the quality of the cheese. This is great for toasted cheese sandwiches, Crocque Monsieur, Croque Madame, and for egg omelet. As an appetizer it can be cubed and served with crystalized ginger, or stuffed into dates. Very tasty, a treat one should experience firsthand.

We need more in U.S.A.
I try cheese from around the world(hence my high cheese costs)and this cheese is the smoothest on the market.The only draw back is you can't buy this cheese anywhere else,but luckly here come's [...] to the rescue(with a fair price).Thank's for keeping an eye out for your loyal customer's.
