Slotted between with our young Farmer Gouda and the Extra Aged classic is Cured Gouda. Aged for six months, it has more zip and less creaminess than the young Gouda and more cream and less zip than the Extra Aged. The often ignored "middle child" in this family, Cured Gouda is a wonderful snacking cheese and is an all-around crowd pleaser. It has a semi-soft, yellow-orange body with irregular holes and a yellow wax rind.

Farmer Gouda Cured

Excellent version of Gouda
Not the creamy fresh style, or the especially aged and calcified version, the "cured" gouda has a unique and atractive taste.

No more half pund cuts PLEASE
The half pound cut may have a weird shape very hard to slice a for sandwich. Please restore the old pound cut, you can keep the half pound but I won't buy it.Thanks

very tasty
I really like this cheese. It has a bit more flavor than the young gouda, but it's still very creamy. It's very smooth and tasty. I like eating it by itself or on a sandwich.
