Slender but fiery, Chile de Arbol is one of Gabbi's favorite chiles. It has a wonderful nutty flavor which she enhances by roasting to bring out the smokiness. Gabbi's Chile de Arbol sauce is well balanced with spice and is a fantastic accompaniment with your favorite foods. Combine with mayonnaise to make an aioli for sandwiches, or with ranch dressing for a smokey arbol ranch.

The daughter of two Mexican entrepreneurial parents from Merida, Yucatan; Gabbi has spent her entire adult life working in the restaurant industry. By the age of seventeen, she was managing two of her parents' Los Angeles based restaurants.Her mission is to not only provide an unforgettable dining experience, but to also share her knowledge of the diverse regional cuisine of Mexico with her patrons. The real deal!
Finally a bottled sauce that tastes lovingly prepared by hand. Tastes like I'm sitting in my new favorite restaurant. Bold and very authentic tasting. Adds a nice smoky heat without killing your taste buds. Thumbs up!
