Lambertz' Spekulatius are traditional holiday cookies formed in traditional molds depicting classic German symbols of Christmas - including St. Nicholas. Spekulatius are uniquely thin, with a classic crunchiness and a snap of flavor. We offer three varieties: Traditional Butter Spekulatius with a slight hint of orange, Butter Chocolate Spekulatius made with cocoa and chocolate chips with a slight hint of lemon, and Almond.
