Took 2nd Place at the 2007 and 2009 American Cheese Society Competition. Nestled amongst the rolling hills and lush pastures of central Wisconsin, Carr Valley cheese remains one of Wisconsin's traditional cheese plants, famous for its cheddar varieties made the old-fashioned way.
