Best oil there is...
Outstanding oil. I'm surprised more people don't know about it. I cook with it (it has a super-high smoke point), put it in salads to give a nutty flavor, and just love 1 tsp of it in my morning Latte. A heavenly oil!

Great Taste
I bought the oil for health reasons. When I had my bypass surgery, I searched for foods that had the most polyunsatured and monounsatured fat, with the lowest saturated fat. Hazelnuts were the healthiest food I could. In addition to eating nuts, I thought it would be good to switch to the oil, also. I didn't know to how it would taste, but to my surprise, food tastes wonderful when cooking with this oil. Shipping was prompt also.

WONDERFUL !!! A FEW DROPS IN THE SKILLET WHEN COOKING BASS - SHEER HEAVEN. A BIT ADD TO MASHED POTATOES - PARADISE. IN SALAD DRESSING - WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS.

Wonderful for cooking
Hazelnut oil is simply great for cooking omeletes! It has a delicate flavor and stands high temperatures. This brand does not cloud up when kept in the refrigerator as I've had happen with others.

The Best Hazelnut Oil
I use Hazelnut oil on wonderful dark rich greens. I mince fresh garlic with the oil and add grey salt and fresh lemon juice. I also use it on pasta. The best taste.
