Herb Garlic Goat Cheese Yipee!
Not an expert on goat cheese because I don't normally eat it, I'm a cheddar lover, but this Garlic Capri Goat Log with the fresh herbs is so good, forget the crackers I eat it by itself.

yummy!
had a wonderful flavor. a little tart, creamy and smooth. i use it on crackers, as a spread or sometimes i just eat it on its own.

A Flavorfull Goat Cheese
A wonderfull flavor but very crumbly. Had trouble using it for anything but omlettes. Difficult to spread because it falls apart as you try to use it. But if makes a great omlette filling
