Nice white cheddar
A little crumbly to slice, but great flavor. Either with multigrain crackers or bagels, it stands up to stronger flavors.

This mature cheddar is very smooth and flavorful. Sharp but not too hard. I will order it again.

Excellent cheese
The nuttiness along with the sharpness is an intriguing combination. I think it would do well with anything, but I really enjoyed it by itself, too.

Highland Pride Mature Scottish Cheddar - WONDERFUL FLAVOR
Served this and three other imported cheeses to a hundred guests at a multicultural gathering. This cheddar was the favorite and was gone incredibly fast! Wish we had ordered more!

Highland Pride Mature Scottish Cheddar - yum
this cheese was a delightful surprise - wonderful flavor followed by almost a melt in the mouth finish.we had a New Years Eve platter of sausages and cheese- this was the first cheese to go (quickly at that)

Tasty Cheese.
I took this to my sisters Christmas gathering. We had it with meats and crackers. A big hit. The rest Ii took home and It vanished quickly. A nice mild bite.

Best Cheddar We've Had!
We really enjoyed this cheddar on crackers. It was just as good on a sandwich though!
