We all love this goat cheese! It is amazing what just a little honey can do to a goat's milk cheese. This gouda has a light nutty flavor with a hint of sweetness, like honey roasted cashews. Aged for six months, Honey Bee® is full of flavor, but neither too strong nor too salty. Its smooth texture makes it easy to slice or cube. The Honey Bee® goat cheese is a wonderful snacking cheese. Why call it Gouda?
Resembles a sweetened processed cheese; I'd prefer more evidence of its caprine origin.

Gouda honey
Very good, although it didn't have as much a honey taste as I would have thought. It does have a slight smokey flavor. It's a very good cheese

HoneyBee Goat Gouda
An excellent but different type of gouda. I found it much dryer and more full flavored.

Tangy with just a hint of sweet
Very tasty, easy to eat with grapes and wine and toasts. Very much like a gouda with the tang of goat.
