For Cheddar Lovers
I bought this as a thank you gift for an employee who has really gone above and beyond this month. She is from Wisconsin so I thought it would be appropriate to get her some cheese and she was very pleased with this gift. So, though I didn't try it myself, I think she was the better judge anyway and she said she liked it so it must be good!

Great cheeses
Very enjoyable collection of cheddar cheeses. The only thing I would add is the option for more cheeses with out the cutting board knife and crackers. If you offered a basket of only cheeses, it would supply those of us who have already gotten board and knives before.
