Have now bought 2 of these & really like it
Nice spicy with a "kick" that won't overpower whatever you put it on/with. I can make a veg appetizer or smoked salmon on crackers & this goes great - of course sandwiches too. Husband loves HOT while I like more spicy flavorful, but he uses it as much as I do.

Not as hot as you'd think - really good
We like to use spicy/hot mustard for some appetizers or in our fish/crab cakes. Husband really loves HOT, me not so much more of a flavorful/spicy preference. This mustard is just fine on a cracker with some smoked salmon or some vegs as an appetizer. Not overpowering, very good flavor. When we roasted some salmon for a change we combined BOTH this mustard and the spicy german mustard (from igourmet) and it turned out great, a nice change from plain citrus & rosemary our typical way to cook fish.

This was so good it puts other mustards to shame! Of course I haven't tried any others by Cherith Valley yet.But I will!

Jalapeno Mustard

Absolutely Delicious
A must-have mustard - rich and flavorful, but not overpowering. Spice is nuanced; does not overwhelm. We keep one on stock at all times and give some every year in holiday stockings!

I buy this mustard 12 at a time!
I love to eat it just like it is on pretzel's or spicy pretzel chips. I love veggie burgers and it gives them a great spicy exciting flavor. I give this mustard as a gift and Have never had a complaint. They all want to know where I got it. I found it at a Store in Julian, CA, but when I went back I couldn't find it. So I searched on line and was so excited I bought 10 jars. That was last year and I am out already. I am ordering again.The only problem with this mustard is keeping it around. I love this stuff!

Awesome mustard! Would highly recommend!
First bought this mustard at Pier 1 and was sad to see they do not carry any longer. Went to internet and found it and bought 4 bottles as soon as it was available. Do not want to run out again. This is delicious spicy mustard that makes any type of burger or sandwich better! Love it and would highly recommend it to all my friends. Thanks!
