Great grilled
One way we love to end a day is with grilled cheese. This cheese tastes great grilled on toast. It is saltier than most cheeses I have had, and I think that adds to the flavor.

A true rounded Cheddar!
Although I gravitate to sharper cheddars, this clearly a complex and well rounded cheddar. Masterfully made. Has earned a place on my cheese board!

My favorite cheddar!
The Kerrygold Aged Cheddar is by far my favorite of all.It is sharp and sweet at the same time, and you don't have to eat a lot to enjoy it. I LOVE this cheese with crisp, tart apples.

Excellent
Sent this as a gift to my boyfriend who wanted to trying some real cheese. I started him off with an authentic cheddar. He loved it, it got nothing but rave reviews.

Kerrygold Aged Cheddar - Excellent Plus
I thought Kerrygold Dubliner was the best cheese I had tasted, until I purchased the Aged Cheddar. I have never found such great cheese as in the Kerrygold line, and it is difficult to find the cheeses. Sometimes, igourmet does not have one or more of the Kerrygold cheeses in stock, and I truly miss them, as I try to keep Kerrygold on hand at all times, not just for me, but for others and for entertainment as well. Kerrygold Aged Cheddar is great (although I wish it were a bit less $$$)!
