This variety is created with late harvest Torrontes wine
vinegars. Torrontes is an indigenous Argentinian white grape. It's golden yellow at a glance; its flavor is fruity
and sweet. It conserves the sun's sparkles and the sweet
flavor of the grape, which plays such an important role in
this high-altitude wine. Delicious for marinating white meats,
to dress green leaf salads, and to sprinkle over a table of
strong cheeses, including blue cheeses. Use this wine vinegar as you would a champagne vinegar.
