Mortadella for muffaletta
I tried a muffaletta for the first time, but live in an area where mortadella is impossible to find (even at the closest [ ]!). This did the trick and was easy to slice using my mandolin.

Gotta Love This Stuff!
Wonderful meat with cheeses or by itself on crusty bread. Always order this along with other meats and put out the platters. Truly one of the best at igourmet. We will be back for more.

Good stuff
This is the Italian version of bologna and is very good. I like the addition of nuts to the loaf. I would buy this again.
