Leksands "Mini Rut" crispbreads are baked using old family recipes with all-natural, sinple ingredients: whole grain flour, pure spring water, yeast and a pinch of salt. The dough is rolled with a special rolling pin that makes the bread plaid. The result is a tender yet crispy bread that also looks distinctive.
Using 100% whole grain rye flour, which incorporates the entire seed including the seedcoat, brings all of the seed's vitamins, minerals and fiber into the bread.
