I liked it OK but my wife was very negative, so I gave rest to friends. One of them is a professional chef so I will be interested in what she thinks.

Unique Culinary Bliss
Have been searching for this product since first tasting at an upscale Italian restaurant. It was served with a variety of breads paired with peppery red wine. Incredible!! The slight hints of truffle is what will leave you craving more. A perfect paring for an evening with friends or a romantic evening in.

Expensive but SO delish!
A really fabulous sauce for pasta and 100 other things. Earthy in the best way, great texture- so good! But So expensive! :-O

Yummm!
Have not yet used it for pizza we hope to re-create but great on bruschetta, a dab on pork chops, etc. Like I say about my favorite soft cheese "Like butter, only better.".

With a little warm cream, this is a sublime sauce for pasta or meats. Also comforting on toast.

Fabulous on pasta or beef Wellington.
Mix with warm heavy cream for an exquisite pasta sauce. Intense truffle flavor. Also wonderful in scrambled eggs or with beef.

A Great Restaurant in Your Kitchen
Try this in your favorite chicken dish, or fill crepes or canneloni. The truffle flavor is delicate but stands up to garlic and other strong spices. Wonderful!
