Time spent in Santa Fe gave Helen, founder of My Brother's Salsa, a love for roasted ingredients. For this salsa, the tomatoes are roasted over an open fire of mesquite to bring a subtle smokiness and accentuate its natural sweetness. It is seasoned with just the right balance of fresh poblano, serrano, and jalapeno chiles. Each jar of Fire Roasted salsa has a smoky aroma and a slight chunky texture that delivers a burst of flavor with every bite.
One of Helen's greatest passions in life is cooking and sharing gifts of food. My Brotherís Salsa just happens to be one of Helen's favorites to share. Years ago, one of her four brothers shared a salsa recipe. After adding a signature style to it, she began making her own version of the recipe, and it immediately became a hit with her family and friends. As a result, in 2003 Helen officially launched My Brotherís Salsa, a family owned and operated business.
Today the product line includes seven varieties of all-natural salsa made with choice ingredients. Each salsa can be enjoyed with tortilla chips, and can turn ordinary meals into extraordinary ones with their family recipes. Each jar of salsa can bring depth and flavor to any recipe.
