Excellant!
I use a lot of olive oil, but love Avocado Oil as an alternative. It's flavor is mild and mixes well with other flavors. It has a high smoke point, even higher than olive oil so it's great for baking and sauteing. Igourmet.com has excellent service, I use this website often instead of running all over town looking for specialty products.

Avacado oil shipping
Love the oil and the prompt shipping. Just want to let you know the last shipment had a broken bottle. You immediatly sent another. Although the bottles were well packed, one broke and it looked like the bottom of the bottle fell out. Thanks again.

Wonderful product
I included this in my first order from igourmet. I have to say I'm very happy with their service. The oil itself is rich & delicious-no overwhelming avocado taste. I did not want to waste it's flavor & health benefits by cooking with it. So for now I use it mostly on salads and toasted italian bread. Will definitely order once back in stock (my bottle's half way done)

Olivado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
So far I've tried with with a tomato, cucumber and shallot salad and love it. I've also been using it to season my asparagus and the taste is really better. My next experiment will be with an grilled avocado stuffed shrimp wrapped with prosciutto.
