A nice taste of Italy
I haven't tried Le Marechal yet, but the other three are tasty, and together combine nicely as an alternative to dessert. Just add fruit, wine, and enjoy

Sent as a gift
Gave this to my Dad for his 82nd birthday along with the 'cheeses for guys' assortment. He was very happy, which made me happy because it's hard to find something for a guy who already has everything he wants. Having traveled a lot in his life, my father knows (and appreciates) good cheese, and this was up to his high expectations. His plans are to have people over for a 'cheese and wine' gathering to share his gift.

Memorable Boschetto Tartufo Bianchetto
Lovely mixed array of cheeses. The Caved Aged Swiss Gruyere was a particular family favorite. However the Boschetto al Tartofo Bianchetto was BRILLIANT. A most exquisite flavor from initial taste to its lingering memory.

"Fragrant" cheeses
Missed 2nd day UPS delivery-went to pick up on 3rd day (9pm!). Cheeses were very fragrant, little bit warm but still good. Truffle cheese was the best-the rest were too stinky to enjoy properly. In freezer for moment to stop fermentation.

Perfect blend of cheese flavors, texture

A magical gift--for yourself or another!
My husband and I received this as a wedding gift. Every cheese in the collection is truly exquisite! We were both particular to the Boschetto al Tartufo Bianchetto and the Cave Aged Gruyere--and have been back for more! Do yourself a favor... try one for yourself or a loved one!

Nervous at first
As we nibbled through the Boschetto al Tartufo Bianchetto, Goat Camembert and even the Berkshire Blue (shockingly, we didn't think it possible, a bit too stinky), we were not impressed by the sheer mediocrity of [...] platinum selection. We were so disappointed until we opened lastly, the Cave Aged Swiss Gruyere! It was incredible beyond words. So, we likely will not order the package again - but we will be ordering the Gruyere for sure!
