My order of gnocchi was the first I had eaten ever! I made it with a creamed sausage and mushroom sauce and all who ate with us at this meal loved it. It cooks in 3-4 minutes and is shockingly delicious. Some call it "knocky" (like hockey) and others pronounced it "nokey" (like pokey)with the "g" first. On YouTube you can find easy instructions for various sauces - most are in Italian with a translation. What a treat!

"I would buy this product again and agai
i got this product for my mom we moved to florida and was not able to find Gnocchi in any store she is a very picky eater and she loved it i will order more of this product

Potatoes made Italian
Product backed with a red sauce or with garlic butter covered with grated cheese. also a Burned butter saute afer cooking.Great chage for backed potatoes.
