Sweet, lean and similar to chicken in taste, rabbit is extrememly versatile. It is considered one of the healthiest meats because it is very low in cholesterol and has the fewest calories per pound of any meat. The "Filet Mignon" of the rabbit, these loins are very tender and succulent. The rabbits we bring you are farm raised by the highest quality producers in the United States. They are bred from a cross of California's white and the New Zealand white and are the most tender of all rabbit breeds. They are raised naturally without hormones or antibiotics and fed a diet of corn, soy, and wheat, supplemented with alfalfa. Pan sear and finish in the oven with a simple sauce. Serve with either red or white wine.

Best Meat Available!
This is the first Rabbit meat I've ever had, and I must say it is the best meat I've ever had, and I am an avid meat eater. This product is a must-try!
