Be sure to serve at room temperature
The first few times I ate this, I ate it straight out of the fridge. Bad idea! Couldn't taste the blue at all. When I let it warm up a bit, flavor improved. Still, I probably won't buy this again, because I prefer blue cheese that is unmistakably blue cheese.

Melt In Your Mouth Scrumptuous
This is one of THE best blues. It is extremely creamy with a wonderful blue cheese that doesn't bite. Great as a spread or sauce on a nice steak, but just as wonderful as a stand-alone bite.

Excellent
This was an excellent cheese, with much of the flavors you'd expect from a bleu cheese but not at all overpowering. It melts in the mouth and was by far the favorite at Thanksgiving this year.

My favorite blue ... anywhere
This is without doubt the best blue cheese I've ever had. Relatively firm ... bur very very smooth and creamy - not crumbly. A good hit of blue without being overpowering. Excellent with red wine, a couple of good apples or pairs .. or just a nice crusty french bread. You won't go wrong with this one.

Delicious. Definitely want more.
Great with a glass of wine and fruit. The creamy salty flavor went very well with dates and fresh fruit. Being a soft cheese a little hard to cut a clean slice. No complaints.

BUTTERY BLUE!
I was very much looking forward to trying this cheese. When my order arrived it was the first thing that I looked for.[...] I tried to let it come to room temperature. I am a cheese-a-holic and being anxious, I actually tasted it before it was at the temperature that I thought would be ideal and Oh My Goodness! This cheese has such a buttery, rich, unbelievable flavor and is so decadent. I first tried it with a glass of wine. It works. I then tried it wrapped in prosciutto, it works. The next morning I scrambled it in some eggs and oh my goodness, it was heavenly. It made the eggs nice and creamy and gave it any interesting little bite. I nibbled on it at every thought. I promised my mom that I would let her try it but....it's all gone. I am getting ready to order some more. I love this cheese!
