NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING WHEN YOU ORDER THIS. The product runs from firm and sliceable to runny like soft butter. Flavor is mild and pleasant in all stages.

Awesome, smooth, you can taste the cheesy taste without it being over powering in which I find a lot of cheeses have. Great with fig preserves.

You Never Know
Sometimes great, sometimes dry and crumbling. Consistency varies with the age. Latest batch came in the middle. I try to buy this in person so I can test the firmness before buying

Expiry date too near
The cheese was great but what's with sending me a cheese that is about to expire in ONE day. I certainly would have left that one on the shelf at the store. Ended up only being able to serve it once and had to throw the rest away.

A Long Time Favorite
Been buying this for years. Sometimes great, sometimes so so. This time perfect. I try to buy this in retail store so I can squeeze the package to determine the ripeness. 60-40 chance of perfect from Igourmet.
