Schlunder liquor cakes
These cakes are wonderful. My husband discovered these last year when I bought him one from a liquor store. I gourmet is only place that sold them and did not charge twice their price for shipping! igourmet is the best place I found to but these cakes!

Divine!
Moist, delicious ... it was a birthday gift and my boss said he ate the whole cake by himself. He declared he wouldn't share! We've only tried the amaretto, but I'm sure the others are just as yummy.

Liqueur Cakes
I bought the rum and amaretto cakes. The amaretto was fairly moist with a good flavor. The rum was a little less moist. Neither were as good as the ones I make from scratch but they were decent for store bought.

Enjoy with Icecream!
This is a VERY rich cake! Not for children at all! I plan to serve this to my adult family with vanilla icecream. Not recommended for a recovering alcoholic.

Excellent value
This moist and delicious cake keeps well under refrigeration. We purchased the Black Forest version, and served each slice topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled chocolate liqueur. Even served that way, with the spongy cake's absorbing its toppings, the flavor of the cherry liqueur as well as the chocolate in the cake came through.

Schlunder Black Forest Cake
This cake was superb!! My husband and I had the pleasure of sampling Black Forest Cake while in Germany this past May. He was delighted that I ordered this for his recent birthday. We were happy about the efficient shipping, and how fresh and delicious this cake was. We will definitely order from igourmet again!!
