FANTASTIC & so fresh!
I sent my soldier son, who could not come home for Thanksgiving and who was also feeling very glum about it, one of the smoked pheasants, which was a better size than a turkey. He said it was perfectly smoked, fresh and very savory and delectable. Combined with the THanksgiving CHeese Assortment and a nice Pino Noir, he made the best of a bad situation. THank you for taking care of him and THANK you for offering this unique item. I was VERY pleased!!
