  • Manchego: Spain's most famous cheese, made entirely from pure La Mancha sheep's milk. Manchego is prized for its rich, complex flavor and its satisfyingly grainy texture. This pasteurized version is aged for three months. (8 oz)
  • Mahon: This firm cow's milk cheese comes from the Balearic Island of Menorca in the Mediterranean. This version has been aged for three months, developing a rich tanginess and fragrant aroma. (8 oz)
  • Idiazabal: Smooth, rich and satisfyingly sharp, Idiazabal is a smoked sheep's milk cheese that gives off a warming rustic scent. It is the quintessential cheese of the Basque country in Northern Spain. (8 oz)
  • Murcia al Vino: This 100% goat's milk cheese from Murcia is bathed in red Spanish wine, making this product a wine-and-cheese party all by itself! We love how the smooth goat's milk compliments the fruity wine aroma. (8 oz)

No better cheese selection
I used to buy Spanish cheese at [ ] but for some reason they stopped carrying it in my area. [ ] also stopped, I don't know why. So igourmet has become my Spanish cheese source: I bought this assortment because of the price but the quality was apparent from the first bite. I used some of it at a party, but selfishly kept most of it for myself. I will order again - it came on time, it was well-packed and the price was right. Shipping was high but then that's to be expected given the quality and distance.

Elegant cheese

This assortment was a hit.
I had to take something to a monthly potluck, whose theme was Spanish tapas. I don't cook, ever, so I went in search and came up with this cheese assortment. It was such a hit I have been designated the official cheese person for all events. Anything else would be a disappointment. It was also impeccably packed for the 92-degree weather and the ice bags were still frozen when it came.

Although it was a gift to a friend who lives in the USA ( I live in Spain ), the friend´s comment was favorable even though I understand American people are not used to eating Spanish cheese. It was amazing how fast the parcel was delivered. Thank you for everything.
