Most Americans are not familiar with the lingonberry. Lingonberries grow wild in Scandinavian forests and in Northern Canada. These wild berries flourish in the summer during the midnight sun. They are small firm berries with a slightly sweet and slightly sour flavor. Lingonberry Preserve is a traditional Scandinavian food with an exotic flavor. I received positive feedback from the family who received this gift. They did not elaborate on each item the gift basket. Personally, I like loganberry preserves but I have never had this brand. When I do, I'll be able to comment further. Thanks

Swedish lingonberry
I am second generation Swede in Texas. These berries are a memory from my youth. The berries were served over cheese cake for dessert. I can not get them in this part of TX.

Swedish Lingonberry Preserves
Bought these for gifts for two friends who have tried them and loved them. I finally kept one of the jars of us so we could taste it. Great taste. Even warmed a little up to use on vanilla ice-cream. Wonderful. Great for gifts and shipping was so prompt. Thank you.

Took forever to get
I bought the lingonberry preserves from this company because Swedens Best was closed for Xmas. Usually I get the preserves in a few days, but with this company it took so long I forgot I ordered them. I love preserves, but the shipping time was terrible. Sorry

Great preserves!!
Recently moved here and could not find my favorite lingonberry jam. Found the preserve and how delicious. The texture, bit of sour taste, and the whole berries are delicious.
