This stainless steel tea infuser allows you to make a cup of your favorite brew from loose tea leaves. Simply fill the spring-loaded ball with tea and dip it in piping hot water for two to four minutes. Here's a tip: make a second cup of tea before discarding the leaves - the second infusion often makes a better brew than the first!

Shipping cost more than product
The product is great and rates a "5", but the shipping cost more than the product itself and this is why I rate it a "2". I think the seller should cover the cost of shipping low-cost items like this. Other sellers I have purchased from through Amazon pick up the shipping charge on such low-cost items.

Not for folks with Arthritis
It took me a few minutes to figure out that you had to "squeeze" this contraption to open it. The opening is not very wide and so you have to put the tea into it by hand, instead of scoop it up. Because the opening is small it is also difficult to "dump" the used tea leaves. Folks with arthritis or carpel tunnel will find this difficult to "squeeze".

Very useful, and a pleasure
I used this for a one cup deal, and was very pleased that I was able to do so. Bags are okay, but I prefer the loose tea and with this I didn't have to make a full pot.
