Tickler's Extra Mature English Cheddar gets a zesty kick from a generous addition of diced chilies and peppers. This cheddar is so good, you won't want to waste a crumb! Just like the original cheddar, Tickler with Chiles has a sharp, bitey flavor and a smooth, savory finish. For a mature cheddar, it melts well, making it a great way to indulge with such classics as cheesy baked potatoes, smothered chicken breasts, or just a classic toasty. Although the chilies are spicy, it's hard to stop nibbling at a cheddar this tasty! Tickler is made in the heart of the Devon countryside at Taw Valley Creamery, and was first released by British cheese legends Tuxford and Tebbutt in February 2007.

Exceptionally Flavorful Cheese second only to Whiskey Cheddar
Tickler Cheddar is a very palate invigorating flavorful cheddar cheese that possesses a hint of heat with complementary chilies and peppers that explode within your mouth nicely complementing each other and the mature sweet cheddar taste. A must for any Chilihead to savor!

with a kick!!
We love spicy cheddars to just had to give this one a try, might be our new favorite!! not quite as blistering as the Cabot Habanero, this one still has a serious kick, with lots of cheddary goodness. Killer on burgers and panini with ham and onion. Burritos too!

Spicy!!
received this in tickler sampler and although i I preferred the mellowness of the one with red onion, this one really gave a great kick to burgers and was hubbys favorite. used leftovers on quesadilas

hot and spicy
This came in a Tickler sampler and was not the best of the three cheddars. It was very crumbly and difficult to cut without having a mess. It was very hot, which I do like, but the pepper overpowered the cheddar instead of complementing it. I am not planning to buy this one again.
