Delicious
This cheese is wonderful. It is a very dry flavorful white chedder cheese. We first tasted it when we went for a wine tasting and we were hooked, but didn't know where to get it, except for the winery. We are so glad to know it is available from i gourmet. We had to wait for it to come back in stock and when it did, I ordered 4 just before Christmas. It was well worth the wait. The price is excellent, just about the same as it was at the winery. As soon as ours is gone (there's 1 left)I'll be ordering more.

The best Cheddar
Trader Joe's had a delicious cheddar for a while, and it was good. They stopped carrying it, so I had to hunt for a replacement. I found Tickler at a local cheese shop (that now says they cannot get it for some reason) and it is even better! (though a lot more expensive). this is the best cheddar i ever had

Tickler Superb Mature Cheddar
Wonderful English mature cheddar. Great to eat along or with fruit or some lovely wheat crackers. What more could one want for a great mini meal or snack?

The Surprise winner
Bought many Wisconsin and English cheddars and 2 blues, 1 Stilton (England), 1 Buttermilk (Wisconsin) for the Christmas gatherings. Wonderful texture, slightly nutty, slight crystallization. Nicer overall in 18 mos. than the Widmer 6 and 10 year cheddars. No food color (bonus). I will buy it in a larger quantity next time.

A great sharp cheddar!
This cheese was given as a gift, and I wasn't sure what to expect. But it is a very nice sharp cheddar. It has an almost fruity flavor underneath, and it had those same sorts of granules that you find in a parmesan. I recommend this if you're looking for a sharp flavorful cheddar.
