great for snacks
This is an economical, healthy way to get your daily snack in without going overboard. One of these triangles of cheese and a piece of fruit make for a filling morning and afternoon snack to tide you over until the main meal of the day. I have seen this product sold elsewhere on other sites, but not for this amount of cheese and this economical price.

Best Cheese for Quiche
Love this cheese; use it in my quiche. Used to be able to find it in the grocery store but no more. So igourmet to the rescue though I had to wait several months for them to get it back in stock. Good thing I'd bought the set of six before. Price pretty comparable to local (if they had it) but the shipping pushes it way up.

Great cheese!
This is a great cheese for snacking with crackers, on bagels or toast, or just by itself!! It has a mild "swiss-y" kind of flavor, with just enough tang to make it delicious!
