Vlahotyri, similar in flavor and texture to Kefalograviera, is a Greek table cheese. Compared to Kefalograviera, Vlahotiri's holes are slightly larger and its salt content is a bit lower. It has a semi-hard, supple texture, and thus does not crumble as feta cheese might. Vlahotyri is often used to make saganaki, the Greek grilled cheese meze. Made from 100% sheep's milk, Vlahotiri is a Greek specialty item that can be enjoyed by any cheese lover.
