You get what you pay for...
I bought another walnut oil in a specialty grocer and I thought this was much better. It was more flavorful and enhanced the food.

endless uses
drizzle over veggies fresh from the bbq, great in salad dressings (wonderfully compliments a green salad rife with fresh herbs)and, surprisingly, in pasta with toasted chopped walnuts. it's often difficult to find so igourmet is now my go-to shop for walnut oil. keep it in the fridge after opening or it will become rancid.

Delicious
This oil is wonderful in homemade vinaigrettes. The flavor shines and makes a salad savory and rich. I used the entire can in about 4 weeks, just making salad dressings at home.
