I especially appreciated igourmet's reaction to my reaction. They took me at my word and did not ask me to ship it back. Also, I can only think this tin or batch was an anomaly after reading the previous review from 2008.

It's not the tea's fault
Usually Whole Flower Egyptian Chamomile is amazingly delicious and this might have been as well, had it not been improperly stored. As soon as I opened the tin, I noticed that no scent wafted out. All the essential oils had evaporated either with time, warm warehouse temperatures, or lackadaisical storage at the other end before igourmet even received it. Tea has to be airtight; at home I store it in glass jars with rubber seals. It lasts forever.

Great Product
The chamomile was great. It was fresh and very aromatic. It shipped quickly in a nice tin for protection. I bought this to use in a wheat beer I was brewing and I could not find it localy. I would definatly buy again. Thanks!
