  • Sauce Peppercorn: Buckhead's version of this peppery sauce is the European style prepared with Brandy, Sour Cream, Whole Green Peppercorns and Black Truffles. From Pork Roast to Filet Mignons, a classic with any meat dish.
  • Sauce Madeira: A delicate brown sauce prepared with Madeira Wine. Because of the addition of Black Truffles, their sauce compares to the Classic French Sauce Perigueux, the traditional Dordogne regional sauce served with Beef Wellington.

Marsala Sauce is AMAZING!
I HIGHLY recommend the Marsala sauce! The truffles add a very earthy and unique quality to this product. It made the best AND easiest Chicken Marsala! Just cooked up the chicken, add sliced mushrooms near the end, and cover in this sauce all in one pan. To serve two, I used half of a bottle for a saucy Marsala! Awesome product!

This sauce is a bit bitter and quite thin. Also seems salty.

Makes my cooking looks & taste fabulous
Have been using these sauces for some time. Peppercorn for my steaks and the Madeira for my lamb shanks (I add some fresh rosemary). I like the recipe suggestions on the web.

Amazing sauce!! Great flavor!!
I didn't know what to expect but was very, very pleasantly surprised at the wonderful flavor and versatility of this sauce! You would swear you were eating from a 5 star restaurant! I used it on chicken marsala and steak and both were significantly enhanced by this sauce!

Deep Rich Flavor
I took humble soup meat, beef shank, and this sauce created a mouth watering stew. I used the Bordelaise, a perfect pairing. Halfway through braising, I added the root veggies and it was perfect for a snowy winter night

mislead!
I thought from the picture and reading I was getting 5 bottles, one of each. Disappointed when we didn't have the bordelaise sauce for our Christmas dinner. A note from igourmet: Product clearly states "Varieties sold separately." You must also choose an "option" to order. We will try to make this clearer and apologize for any inconvenience.

Nice products
We've had the marsala, peppercorn, and madeira varieties. They are excellent. Chicken Marsala is really easy to prepare. All these products provide variety to meal planning. The peppercorn and madeira sauces are fabulous on filet mignon and rib eye steaks.
