Introduced last year in Europe to great acclaim, France's famed olive oil specialists have created olive oil that is as spreadable as butter. This patented innovation combines the advantages of healthy Mediterranean diet value of olive oil with the convenience of a butter tub. They are 100% natural and contain no additives, colorants, preservatives, or chemicals. Rich in mono unsaturated fat acids (69%) and with less than 25% of saturated fat, they fit nutritionists' recommendations for proper fat intake. Thanks to the solid texture, achieved through the addition of vegetable monoglycerides, they can replace butter or margarine in cooking. These compact spreads come in convenient “tartiner” style flat plastic containers.
They are shelf stable, but are best kept in the butter case or refrigerator to maintain a solid texture. Serve them on breakfast bagels or anywhere else you use butter or margarine - in an omelette, toasted on crostini, spread on sandwiches instead of mayo, and for sautéeing or frying meats, fish, or vegetables. Available in four delicious flavors: Basil, Garlic & Herb, Lemon and Natural. |

Founded in 1822, L'Olivier's quaint shop in the old Marais quarter of Paris is still serving Parisians. This is a distinctly sweet, fragrant oil in the Provencal style. Different from Italian extra virgin olive oil, L'Oliver Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a fruity but mild olive flavor. As France's most respected oil specialist, L'Olivier consistently produces versatile oils with low acidity. For attractive shelf-presence, we offer this oil in a rustic, half-liter, stoneware crock, which also helps preserve the oil's freshness.

In Italy, Carli Olive Oil has always only been sold direct from the factory to the consumer. A fleet of over 100 trucks assures prompt direct delivery to more than 700,000 families, over 120,000, of which have been loyal customers for two or more generations. Why are Italians so religious about their Olio Carli? For one, no oil from pomace or any source other than fresh ripe olives is ever used in the production of Carli Olive Oil. Secondly, although the strictest legislation allows a maximum acidity of 1% in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the maximum acidity allowed by Carli in its olive oil is 0.3%. Olio Carli has been honored frequently at national and international expositions. Embossed on the label of these fine oils, you can read the following distinctions:
1927 By Appointment to the Papacy
1937 By Appointment to the Royal Household |

Grapeseed oil is an excellent alternative to olive oil and has long been the secret of gourmet chefs who love its light and nutty, yet neutral flavor. It has the unique ability to enhance the flavors of ingredients instead of overpowering them and leaves no greasy aftertaste. It is a very stable cooking oil, meaning it has a high smoke point - 485 degrees farenheit. This is great news because it won't smoke, burn, or splatter like other oils. Use it for roasting, grilling, frying, fondues, salads and baking. It also makes savory marinades and salad dressings that will not cloud when chilled. The emulsification properties make it ideal for whipping mayonnaise and creamy dressings that will not separate when chilled.
Not only does grapeseed oil leave your food without a strong or unwanted flavor, it is also extremely healthy. It raises HDL (good cholesterol) and lowers LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglycerides, the effect of which may lower your risk of cardiovascular disease and impotency. No other food product has been known to do this! Grapeseed oil is high in Vitamin E and is 76% essential fatty acid and linoleic acid (Omega 6). It is low in saturated fat, and contains natural chlorophyll and valuable antioxidants. Made in California, grapessed oil is the perfect elixir for good health and gourmet cuisine! |

Mustapha's Moroccan Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pressed using 100% Picholine Olives grown in the foothills of the Atlas Mountain range. It is generally acknowledged that Moroccan Picholine olives produce more flavorful olive oil than their French cousins. The flavor opens cleanly with the flavor of ripe and green olives.
The notes of green fruit give way to smooth and buttery notes of ripe olive on the tongue. It envelops the palate and finishes with hints of creaminess and a slight pepper finish at the back of the throat. Mustapha's extra virgin olive oil is rival to any French produced Picholine olive oil at a much lower price!
Moroccan cuisine is considered one of the most important cuisines in the world. Over the last two millennia, the indigenous Berber peoples have endured invasion and conquest, each culture that came left its mark on the land, its people, their cuisine, from the first Phoenician traders to the last of the French colonizers. A wealth of culinary creativity and the amazing quality of the bounty of ingredients from the everyday to the exotic make Morocco a culinary mecca.
