We offer two varieties. Prissy's Sweet Pickled Onions are a true taste sensation. The finest "Pee-Wees" are combined with the slightly larger Sweet Vidalias and special spices to create the most delicious pickled onions available anywhere. Terrific on Potato, Egg or Tuna Salad.
Prissy's Sweet Onion Relish is her take on the classic relish, and has quickly become a favorite here at igourmet. A traditional Southern recipe of Vidalia Sweet Onions, cabbage and bell peppers, combined with carefully selected spices and vinegar. Incredibly versatile, this relish can be enjoyed atop salads, vegetables and cheese on crackers, as well as grilled pork or your favorite hot dogs. Varieties sold separately.
