Can eat this just about any way. We eat it with imported cheese I purchased from this site. I bought 6 different types of cheese and this product goes with them all.

I purchased a Hot Calabrese Sepressata chub while visiting in Texas & sent it home with Amish Noodles. We cut it as soon as I got home & had it gone within two days. I ordered more when I found it on the internet. Wondeful taste & only sorry I missed the sale - will order more after the New Year

I use this product by slicing it and putting it on crackers with Hot Pepperjack Cheese and top it with Grey Poupon mustart. I love it's tanginess and the fact is all you need is a slicing board, a knife and you're ready to enjoy. Don't forget a good bottle of wine.
