Took a small sample on a cracker and liked it, but my wife finished the entire package in one sitting before I could get at it. feature is that it does not crumble like most goat products.

Great cheese. Best stuff I've ever ordered from igourmet.com. Creamy, decadent. Ate with craisins and crackers. Will order again.

Very smooth creamy firm but spreadable cheese. Excellent as spread very buttery. Not too harsh in anyway. Wonderful!

I wanted to try Coach cheese after I viewed a tv program about them several months (or years?) ago. Even though this cheese was pricey, it was worth the investment. It's so smooth! I savor it by letting it melt between my lips before I actully eat it. Take the time to try this cheese!
