Imported from Korea, this marmalade was one of our favorite new food finds at the 2014 San Francisco Fancy Food Show! The clean honeydew-like flavor of aloe is sweetened with sugar, honey, and a bit of Muscat flavoring. This silky, gelatinous jam hides transparent slices of aloe vera, which add interesting texture to the soft, pudding-like jam. Notes of honey, chervil, and green vegetables make this a truly unique product.
