Guanciale
The right guanciale for the perfect carbonara. It is a little pricey though, considering you will use the whole piece for a dinner for 8 to 10 people.

Guanciale
The guanciale was extremely salty. I made carbonara with it and added no salt to the carbonara and a minimal amount of pecorino romano cheese (which is less salty than paremesan) and the carbonara was almost too salty to eat.

I've made pasta all'amatriciana with other Guanciale but they don't hold a candle to Milano's. It arrived quickly and I couldn't wait to try it. The spices really add wonderful flavor to any dish you make. Melt in your mouth goodness. Bye bye bacon and pancetta - hello Guanciale.

Over The Top Good
I've made all'Amatriciana sauce with other Guanciale but this product is heads above the rest. It arrived quicker than I expected and the packaging was first rate. The spices add a wonderful flavor to anything you make with the Guanciale. I'm substituting it for bacon!!!

Great Guanciale
This is only the second time I've had guanciale (once at a restaurant about 10 years ago and now as a result of my purchase) and it's delicious. It tastes best sliced very thin and served with pasta.
